Ngayon lang ule ako naka-log on. What a week. Hope everyone is safe.

'Yup nabaha kme (Pasig boy here)... including my DVD collection. Including some recent purchases from fellow collectors here.

Sobra akong nalungkot at nanghina nung pumasok ako ng kwarto ko nung bumababa na ng tubig... tpos napanood ko news... a lot, so many more, have it worse...

Ayun. Nababawan ako sa sarili ko dahil nalungkot ako sa nangyari sa amin. God bless lahat ng nawalan...

Uhm... 'yun lang. Be safe.

Around 15k+ worth of R1 DVDs got flooded. Particularly 24 S1 to S6, Desperate Housewives S1 to S4, Jason Bourne Collection, Monster and Desperado.

The discs seem to be fine but, the packaging.........  Sad

So sorry for your lost Sad hassle when the packaging get ruined. Lost 4 titles myself due to carelessness. Fell out of the floodwater while transferring the dvd to a sealed plastic box. Left it floating in the house. Carried some of my steelcase/limited edition/giftset on my hiking bag when I evacuated.

All my dvds got save except for my 15 years worth of comics collection ranging from 1986-2000 that fell out of it's badly sealed plastic case when I placed it on a higher shelf at home. I am now in the process of restoring some of my comics by soaking each in clean water and placing them on a drybox that has air purifier and electric air dehumidifier. I also use hairdryer to speed up the process which takes me an average of 45mins per comics. Right now, I've only restored about 40 titles, not even a quarter of what I have  :'(

Linagay ko nalang muna sa spindle after cleaning them. Slimy yung mga cases along with the artwork eh, nakakatamad na linisin. Yung mga boxes naman syempre kulu-kulubot. Tongue
