You guys have any idea when this'll get an R3 release? It's been a while since this got released in theaters.

No idea about release date. It's from Lionsgate and I think Lionsgate is being distributed locally by C-Interactive. I hope we get a 3D/2D release, same as the R1.  |

Sayang, because this is easily the best anaglyph 3D home system conversion that I've seen. Pinaka hindi masakit sa ulo, unlike most other 3D films on DVD.

Slightly OT:
I watched Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D the other day using the green/magenta glasses that came in with BOB's Big Break 3D (from Magna's Monsters vs. Aliens double pack). There were noticeable "ghosting" in many scenes, although occasionally, the 3D effects were spot on. Prior to watching it, I did some research and learned that JTTCOTE3D uses the same type anaglyph glasses as BOB, Coraline 3D and My Bloody Valentine 3D, so I figured there must be something wrong with the 3D conversion process used in JTTCOTE3D, which was unfortunate because when I saw it in Digital 3D, it was the best (and only, no thanks to MTRCB censoring of other films) full length 3D live action film I've ever seen.

I already got the 3D DVD and it was awesome and scary to watch it in the 3D VERSION.
However, it only contains 2 3-D glasses rather than 4 and they're not red/blue but TrioScopics: Green/ Magenta
P.S. The 3D version is DVD5 while the 2d Version is DVD9, since you'll watch the 3D Version with those glasses...DVD5 is okay.
