Last day na yata tomorrow (February 11, 2010) ng pre-orders para sa 2012. Check nyo na lang. Sa Astroplus Megamall ako nagpa-reserve. Yung 2-disc edition, from P895, magiging P750 na lang. They also have 1-disc and 2-disc steelbook editions. Di ko lang na-check yung price. Sa Tuesday daw claiming.

I think the 1 disc goes from 550 to 495 if you pre-order. Not sure though, I pre-ordered the 2 disc version.

I got my single disc at astroplus for P 495.00 you can't miss it it's displayed in a stand with the Price in all big numbers as you go in to the store.

Thanks for posting actual photos sir techdude! Appreciate it... For a moment there, I thought it was a blu-ray because of the blue paper overlap, which is a good thing though.  It looks okay.. 'cept that it reminds me of the transformers 1 steelbook.. looks to be type that can be easily smudged with fingerprints.  I might be picking this up. Fair price at P1350 IMO. I'm content with the DVD steel (instead of BD) as I'm not all that crazy about the movie.  Anyway, thanks again! |

It's matted not glossy, so not as a fingerprint magnet as Transformers 1.

Whoops.. sorry I missed the matted part. I just looked at the pic kasi and it looked to me like the glossy type similar to the transformers 1 steel. Yes sir froot, the glossy types are the ones that easily get smudged. |

The DVD transfer sucks. It really didn't capture that adrenaline feeling when I watched it sa cinema. Medyo mahina yung sound even though full blast na.

It's really depends on your preference. Read some reviews, and see whether you like these big budget popcorn flicks. Most reviewers give it middling scores, but one man's floor is another man's ceiling, so only you can say if it's worth 495 or 1350... |
