hello, i'm doing some exploratory talks and i need sellers input if Crossings Q.C. is a good location to open a sort of Toy Arena / Collectors Haven (not only toys but Cds, Lps, Stamps, Coins). If you think its a good idea, let me know. But since its just a new place that needs to be promoted and established, please let me know your thoughts on this. Like, how much rent would you be willing to dole out for a space (min 10 sq. meters) or do you guys do meet ups in that area ? I will appreciate all your inputs....I am also open to business partnership.
text me at 09285033244 if interested or just post your comments here.

Are you referring to Crossings right beside National Bookstore along Scout Borromeo?

I would love to see a CD/toy store there but remember Music One just closed.
So I'm not sure if the business will thrive.

However, I think a small business like what you are planning might actually do well since I know some people were disappointed when Music One closed.
You might actually be able tap a niche there in Q.C.

just my 2 cents.
Oh yeah, I visit your shop in shoppesville whenever I'm there  Wink
