Oppo Unveils New Blu-ray Player with 3D, Streaming and Wireless

The Oppo BDP-93 will do virtually everything the BDP-83 BD player did, plus have some major feature upgrades as listed below:

    * Blu-ray 3D support
    * Netflix streaming support
    * CinemaNow support
    * Additional network streaming features will be announced once partners certify the player. Oppo has divulged several of their potential partners to us and users should not be disappointed.
    * Wireless-N networking
    * Dual HDMI outputs.  The two HDMI ports can be configured to support separate video and audio paths, or to support two displays at the same time.
    * Marvell KYOTO G2 chipset with Qdeo video processig(though prototypes were also built with the ABT2015)
    *  eSATA port in addition to two USB ports

Hopefully the price for this new OPPO wont be so high & may the quality too be as durable as previous OPPOs

Another great player from OPPO. This will be my next BD player if only the price is not in the $500 range...  Hmm....I can only drool as of now...

Still no news of a release date? I was also considering LG 570 but since this new OPPO is near, might as well wait...

Planning to sell my OPPO DVD player and PANA BD player and upgrade to the OPPO BDP-93 then buy also a separate mod chip for region free DVD and Blu-ray playback..

With the network streaming capability of this player, kailangan pa ba ng separate NMT?

Doc...we have this one in the ofis...kita agad yung bus powered na usb drive and played all mkv files flawlessly HTH

I just ordered a PCH A300..  Sana pala eto inuna ko then try the network streaming capability.. Baka all-in-one player na to for CD, DVD, Blu-ray, 3D Blu-ray, Networked media playback..

I think yung sa pics above is the 93 series model, presently if Im not mistaken is the 95

I think the 95 is more for audiophile and is way more expensive than the 93..
