Most likely nga it's your player. Just had mine serviced (wala ring pambili ng BD player hehehe.) Bumigay yung optical nya after about 3 years of faithful service (sulit naman kasi dami na rin na-play, be it jack sparrow or orig hehehe...) Pag luma na yung optical nahihirapan na mag-track, lalo na yung DVDs na may branching. Ganun din symptom ng player ko.
Baka it would be cheaper to have yours repaired (though marami naman murang player ngayon hehe.) Good luck!
