yes, the upper portion lights up. no dvds, only 6 bds.

You got the only copy of SM Makati. I think stores had 1-2 copies only. Some didn't. I got the 2nd copy of Astro Mega. There are two copies still in Odyssey.

By the way, are batteries installed already? I don't feel like opening it yet. Just afraid that the battery might corrode. Thanks!

Astro Robinson's Ermita was allocated two units (daw) of the Alien Anthology.  Somebody bought one, so isa na lang as of 8pm kanina...  Wala sa Astro San Lazaro at Manila as of kanina...

Discs made in Austria, Region A, B, C encode.  Statue created by Sideshow, made in China.  Genuine Digipack packaging, all seems identical to the US release, wala lang insert...  And despite the US version (I don't know if the local release is the US version) being limited to 5000, it is not numbered, even in the States (AFAIK), but the discs themselves are worth the Php 2800, so everything else is Extra.  

My unit will not light up (Yes, I removed the battery stopper), but changing the battery solves the issue...

Note that based on the picture posted by Blu-devil in his for sale thread, his statue seems to be made of higher quality plastics than the one being sold locally...UPDATE: Retracting this statement.  Photos can be deceiving, when I tried taking a pic of this statue, the camera flash, sort of lighten the statue, and the pic ends up very similar to the one posted by Blu-devil.

same observation. i noticed that there's a slot for insert. that's why i ask lord if his alien have inserts. sa akin wala din   i asked odyssey atc where i bought mine, wala daw talaga
