Just thought I'd ask since one of my friends, who just came from Macau a few weeks ago, said he witnessed a lot of people coming back from HK and SG checking in flat screen TV's bought outside the country. If that's the case, it explains why a lot of imported items are being sold at such a good price sa marketplace? Para ma-planuhan next year if this is being implemented every year. Can anyone confirm this and has anyone hand carried electronics item into the country w/o pesky Customs breathing down your necks?

They are OFW's sir. Basta more than 1 yr out ang OFW they are entitled to bring in anything. Never in your wildest dream that Customs will implement such.
