has anyone bitstreamed hd audio dts-hd or true-hd from laptop to receiver?

I've tried lots of times but failed to do so. I tried my hp dv3 with ati h5470 card and connected the hdmi 1.3b to my onkyo 707 and couldn't get dts-hd or true-hd light to pop up on my receiver. I used media player home cinema with ffdshow and haali but I only get multich... on my onkyo screen not the hd audio.

Can anyone shed some light on why I failed to bitsream. tnx.

With the ati h5470 card on your laptop & media player home cinema software, can it actually do bitstream?
In your laptop audio out setting or media player home cinema setting, did you set it to "BITSTREAM"?

What movie source are you using? Blu-ray or ripped from Blu?

Is your source verified carrying the HD audio track?
