how do you fix this? Sometimes it happens in the middle of the movie sometimes start pa lang.

If you're using a PC, try a different player muna. There are players that are notorious for this problem.

man, the problem is digital encoding of the disc when it was copied. Hindi kc original yung disc na nabili mo. The player only just read the discs at wala siyang capability ng paghihiwalay ng audio sa video sa kanyang process ng pagbabasa.
