hi guys! i recently acquired a used AMX amp. i have no clue what model it is, or what tubes/components it has. i checked AMX website and i could not find a similar amp. anyway, will post pics soon and yes...

im a proud owner of this excellent amp

mga sir ano po ang marerecommend nyo na AMX Tube Amp na medyo hindi kamahalan. gagamitin po sa Turntable (LP60) ang speakers po ay old AAudio Genesis

Yes. In the old days tube amps were powering real movie theaters using large high sensitivity speakers. I watch movies with stereo audio using my 2a3 tube amp. My sound is holographic and very real. it depends on my media quality.

While multiple channel HT is possible it will be very expensive because you will be needing many amps for the various speaker sets. These amps will be custom jobs so they will have a linear collective response for correct sound integration.Doable but requires lots of planning and funding.

If you will use cheap design tube amps then might as well go solid state.
