You only get to use one coupon per order. But you can combine a promotional coupon with a gift certificate, or a marked down promo price (ie. Share the Love). And you can only use it when placing the order.  |

Does the minumun price on coupons for amazon.com apply solely to the listed price, or also to the price of the item, + shipping costs?
Ex.
$10 off $70 purchase
does the coupon work if my item is $67 and the shipping puts it over $70?

You can use a coupon once per account. The coupon codes posted above are general use codes, meaning they can be used by everybody. |

hey... what's the matter here?!? I made my order and got $5 off... it reflected on my order form (it appeared that way when I last checked two days ago). I just checked my order status now and the status changed to "Items Shipping Soon" and *poof* no more promotional certificate discount on my billing statement!!! They charged me the $5 that was supposed to be my discount!  E-mailed them already... anybody know what they're gonna do about it? |

My order is Monsters Inc (Sept 17) and Grease (Sept 24), which were both pre-order items (direct from Amazon) when I ordered last Aug 31. Total of my purchase two days ago was shown as: $35.53 plus $3.97 S&H less free shipping -$3.97 less promo coupon -$5.00 for a Grand Total of $30.53. When I checked earlier today, the promo coupon row was missing and my Grand Total went up to $35.53. I just hope warpzone18 is correct.  |

Don't know what's wrong with Amazon... was able to read the warnings posted at the site mentioned by warpzone18 a little while ago and it has already happened to many people already. Before ordering with Amazon, I had to go to the trouble of cancelling my order with another store. Since Amazon lowered the free shipping to a purchase of $25, having the $5 off for every $35 discount would make shopping with Amazon cheaper. Without the coupon, I should've stuck it out with the other store. |

Customer Service at Amazon is sure fast... got this today:
"...I've investigated your order and see that your promotional certificate was not properly applied, although your order did meet the requirements.
To compensate you for this error, I have requested a refund of $5.00 to reimburse you for the amount you were erroneously charged. We will send an e-mail to confirm the amount once the refund has been completed... I hope this solution is satisfactory..."
Any idea how this refund works? just a simple refund in my CC like warpzone18 said?
