lamang lang ng air21 me tracking sila ang jrs wala. pero sa tagal ko nagpapadala sa jrs wala pa ko naging problema usually next day delivery kahit province

Meron din naman silang tracking sir, di nga lang lahat ng branch nage-encode, hehehe that was according to Kring of their hotline Smiley

btw, ang mura ng singil sa 'yo sir phillip ng pickup charge nila ha, sa akin 100 pesos daw pag pickup kaya dinala ko na lang sa branch nila sa philcoa yung amp Smiley

Here's my experience Air21 and JRS Wink

Been using Air21 in bringing my dvds before all the way to brader emman's town and 1 time sa bataan, ok naman.. but the last time i called them regarding an Amp delivery all the way to Dipolog City, ang taray nung babaeng nakausap ko, akala mo kung sino, sarap bagsakan ng phone ang bruha... so i end up calling JRS express, ang bait nung sumagot sa philcoa branch, he did some recommendation on branches that's near my place... nice guy Smiley

then the following day, the buyer of the amp informed me na di nya ma-trace yung tracking number sa website ng JRS, i called their hotline and the girl (Kring ata yung name) who answered the phone was very polite and he acted on the problem right away and the amp is  now in the hand of the buyer Wink two thumbs up to their great service Smiley



actually sir kaya ako nainis sa air 21 is because of the reasons that they gave me re: kung bakit di pa dumating yug package,ok lang naman sa akin kung sabihin nila na 2 or 3 days pa talaga yung dating ng items(di naman ako ganun kaatat).una sabi nila wala daw binigay na contact no yung sender,sabi ko naman di ba dapat sop na kukunin nila yung contact no. ng padadalhan just in case hindi nila makita yung lugar,so binigay ko yung contact no ko.the next day tumawag ulit ako,sabi naman nung nakausap ko di daw talaga malocate nung delivery yung house namin kaya kinabkasan na idedeliver,sabi ko sa kanya "hello,ilang beses na may nagpadala sa amin thru lbc saka yung credit cards notices namin dito naka address,nakakarating naman"tsaka sabi ko binigay ko na yung no. ko bakit di nila ko tinawagn or tinext.sabi naman sa akin baka wala daw load  Sad.dun na ako naasar,sabi ko sa kanya,e paano bukas baka sasabihin nyo na naman di nyo makita yung haus namin ska walang load yung driver?ayun nadeliver sya kinagabihan  Cheesy

AIR21 ...... always seem to have problems when me & my suppliers use AIR21 as courier.

LBC is far more reliable IMO.

The insurance fee is only good if nawala ang item.. If na damage lang, wala ka habol sa kanila.. Naka stipulate yan sa kanilang waybill..  If you really want na insured din against damage, kailangan sila ang mag crate ng item mo but at an additional cost..

hindi talaga nagrereply yan,nag email din ako dati ng complaint,wala lang dedma.mas ok kung tawag ka sa customer service nila.sa susunod mag lbc na lang kayo.pangit ng service ng air21.
