This is a list of DVDs that has support for Dolby Digital EX, DTS ES, and DTS 6.1.  This is for REGION 3 DVDs only.  If you're looking for Region 1 list, you can find it here: http://www.homecinemaworld.com/software/dts_es_and_dd_ex_dvds.html

A.I. - DD EX
Phantom Menace - DD EX
Attack of the Clones - DD EX

According to Matzer's post:
Die Another Day
Old Boy
HOFD
Chicken Run - DTS ES

Before adding a title to this list, make sure you're not just looking at the R1 DVD list floating around the web, because a lot of R1 titles have 6.1/ES/EX that their R3 version don't.  We usually get the crippled version.

Dolby Digital EX is usually identified by your receiver if the EX flag is enabled on the DVD. If you have a 6.1  or 7.1 setup, you'll realize that many DVDs from 2000/2001 upwards are EX encoded. And even if they're not, your receiver will still treat them like EX DVDs by automatically matricing the sound across your rear channel(s). Your receiver display will give you the right information. Doesn't matter if it's an R1 or R3 release since the studios don't usually re-encode English language Dolby audio across regions.

I'd like to emphasize that Dolby EX for HT isn't true 6.1 unlike DTS-ES. It simply extends the 5.1 surround field to use additional speakers located behind you creating a matrixed 6.1 or 7.1 listening experience.

Wala pong DTS-ES track ang Chicken Run (at least the ones sold locally). It was a misprint. In fact sa Landmark, tinapalan nila yung DTS-ES logo.

I did some reading over the web and found out a couple of things.  Here's an updated list of all DD EX titles on R1:
http://www.hometheaterforum.com/htforum/showthread.php?threadid=19190

If the DVD is DD-EX in region 1, it'll be the same for all region.  It's because it cost money to redo the entire audio just to take out the EX, it doesn't make sense to do that.  If the theatre version is DD-EX, chances are the DVD version will be DD EX as well.  As firewired said, all films that were released in 2000 are DD-EX.  So if you have the Yamaha RX-V450, switch to PLIIX and turn on EX all the time even if the box didn't say it supports DD-EX.

I don't think I can say the same for DTS-ES.  DTS-ES on R1 doesn't necessarily make it to R3, lalo na if we're talking about those bargain DVD5 version.  DTS takes a lot of disc space.
