does anyone know if the dvd of 'the grid' & 'battlestar galactica(the 2003 3 hour pilot)' are coming out, is out or will never be out  for region 3??

Based on current R3 releases in stores, "The Grid" is a FOX title, and VIVA has never released a single Fox Television title locally so far, not even the popular "Buffy" and "24" boxed sets. These only made it to VCD on local shores.

The new "Battlestar Galactica" is a Universal title, and so far, there have also been no local R3 releases of the Universal TV on DVD catalogue (Northern Exposure, Quantum Leap, etc.)

So my guess is "probably never".

Sorry. Hope it changes, though.

now i know to just get it on region 1.
