create means you must have the separate tracks to be  mixed  first in 5.1 or 6.1  then the software comes in Smiley

You need the following applications to do this:

1. Adobe Audition 1.5 - to create 6 wav files prior to encoding
2. Surecode DTS Pro - for compiling to either dts-audio cd or dts dvd audio format
