Voltes V DVD ~ * !!! Released on 08. December 2006 !!! *
The long waiting will soon be over! Following the release of the toy model Soul of Chogokin GX-31 in May 2006 and "Choudenji Robo Combattler V" DVD-BOX on 21. July 2006, Toei Video finally announced the schedule to release the official "Choudenji Machine Voltes V" DVD-BOX on 08. December 2006 for the first time ever! The DVD-BOX will contain the complete 40 episodes in 7 dual layer DVD discs with the price of 42.000 Yen (tax included). It can be purchased from Amazon Japan which offers 25% discount.








Please, please, please have a local version....or at least Englsih subs for this release.

No information on whether it will have subtitles. 

But Let's hope Magnavision can partner with GMA and Telesuccess to release the local version complete with subtitles and hopefully selectable language tracks.  There's a pent-up demand for these most-awaited titles, just as the 'Rizal' DVD is selling out at most video shops, I think this title will sell at the right price...

OOOOPs.  Didn't do that price converting.  Sobra pala mahal niyan.  Amazon says it's Limited edition (according to Goggle translator).  But still way overpriced for something that's in-print.

Baka magkaron ng R2 Italian relelase kasi AFAIK sikat din sa Italy si Voltes V.

Yup, I read somewhere na may following sila Voltes V at Mazinger Z sa Europa. Ang tanging pag-asa natin ay maisipan din ng Telesuccess yung DVD release at gawan ng local version (pero with the orig English dubbed audio).

We did the audio mixing  for the movie  before and i think the dubbing was done @ telesuccess under GMA films but  i doubt if they still have back ups for the for the whole Voltes saga malamang nasa  umatic yun.
