i tried copying a dvd9(yuyu hakusho anime) into a dvd5 using dvd shrink ver 3.2..while encoding there was a pop-up message that says:

DVD shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
Out of memory
The paging file is too small for this operation to complete.

what seems to be the problem and how do i fix this? it's my first time to encounter this kind of error..i tried copying a different movie(spider-man) and it went well naman..sa yuyu hakusho anime ko lang kasi na encounter to eh..

I have yet to encounter that kind of error. Usually it's a corrupted data but not that kind.

I think you should adjust the size of the paging file allocated by windows.

you might want to try a decryptor program first. it might have an anti-piracy lock.

@emo_punk

Is that an orig DVD or one of those multi-episode DVDs bought from your suking tindahan? If it is the latter, my guess is that they already used very low bitrates in creating that DVD to cram as many episodes in there that DVD Shrink can't squeeze it anymore. In this case you have no other option but to split that DVD into two discs.

Yup-yup DVD Decrypter initially, via files, then, utilize either DVDFAB or VOB Blanker to split into 2 discs.
That's what I did with the complete Full Metal Alchemist DVD9 that I got.
You may also try using the shrink once you have the files, however, I would not recommend it, you'll probably get a very bad video. Tongue
