Hi Ms. Myla,

Got my second package last week (nawiwili na mag online shopping). Just a question:

My package consists of two books. Same book lang yung dalawa, same seller. One was shipped through USPS, the other one, UPS.

Yung sa UPS, me nakalagay sa sticker "2 lbs premium." Sa USPS, wala. I was charged for 1 lb for the USPS-shipped; 2 lbs for the UPS shipped.

Why is that? Hindi na ba vine-verify yung timbang basta nakalagay na dun sa box? Parang ang weird lang because they are mainly the same book.

Will appreciate your response regarding this matter.

I have a question. If I order 6 items  in one seller only and the seller place all items in the box, how will you compute the shipping fee for this? AFAIK 3 items per invoice and JAC don't open the package. Thanks

This also happened to me 2 times with JAC sometime Dec during the peak season. That batch got offloaded also in China and got stuck there for a few days. The packages arrived though delayed. That was understandable  since it was during the holiday season. Just try to follow up with them daily. Thanks

Kenobi was right, still our minimum weight is 1lb for PDVD members.Let me clear, our consolidation fee of $25.00 is per week that's why i suggested instead we consolidate your packages we send it individually to minimize you shipping cost.

The minimum weight of 1 pound for Pinoy DVD members is not being followed. I had an item that arrived yesterday that only weighed ounces and came in a very small box but I was charged the 2 pound minimum.
