problem with most of the steelbooks there is that there is no English language selection mostly only German  Grin Grin Grin

Actually I've checked the info on all dvds packaged in steelbooks at amazon.de and all of them have English Language...  Grin Grin Grin

hahaha ok my mistake Grin kasi nung nandun ako I had some trouble buying dvds they don't have English  Undecided  I didn't bother looking on the steelbooks though just the ordinary ones  Roll Eyes

actually, the problem with steelbooks from amazon.de is... ang mahal ng shipping!   Undecided sometimes it is even more expensive than the actual item. :'(

For those who can't wait to get their hands on these steelbooks and for whom money is no object, amazon.de and other .de DVD sites must be heaven sent.  Grin

We have the first R3 steelbook with The Departed if not mistaken.  Maybe a few other new releases will see this type of packaging before the year ends.

Actually, I had the items shipped to my mom in Belgium.. Pag uwi nya dala nya na ung steelbooks..   Grin Grin Grin

actually ill be going to belgium come may 28 to june 12.  i also got friends who will be staying in germany in june.   if u are interested, u can possibly buy the items online and have it sent to them in germany. 3 euros lang ang shipping if u send it to a person in germany.  6 euros naman to belgium.. hirap nga lang buy online sa amazon germany kasi german language ang website.. but with persistence u can.. just look for a german to english translation website... I don't know about the first R3 steelbook, but i've got R3 steelbooks of x-men 3 and v for vendetta from Korea.. although, far as i know, The Departed IS the first steelbook made available locally... and yes, i certainly hope to see more titles in steelbook released in the local market pretty soon.  Grin

It's EUR14.00.

I recently bought 3 dvds (all steelbooks)  and was charged with a shipping fee of EUR14.00.  Even if you get only 1 DVD, you still get charged the same amount for shipping.  So it's better to get at least 2 or 3 para di lugi.   Grin

Some of the steelbooks are on sale at 7 Euro each (around P490.00).. The new titles cost around 12 Euro each.  Unfortunately, I'm back here in the Philippines just today..
