hi all! looking for a simple editing software to edit my recorded tv shows. pang tanggal ng commercials lang. any suggestions?

hi! need help...meron akong movie na nasa cd lang...so hati sya sa 2 cd...gusto kong subukan lagay sya sa dvd para isang derechong movie na lang sya..anong pong software yung gagamitin ko para magawa ko yun? salamat....

Do you have any idea(s) how to use VirtualDubMod? I have the same dilemma with the threadstarter, I want to edit/cut some of my .avi files so that it would be smaller. My purpose is to edit the video and delete the first (intro) and last scene (casts of characters) to make the .avi file smaller and if possible, as a .avi format too that can be burned and be readable to a home player DVD.

     Bit late now, but for simple editing try Avidemux :

http://fixounet.free.fr/avidemux/

Runs on linux, Macs & windows

Supports loads of formats.

Also has lots of filters
