Got my copy yesterday. Unfortunately, it was not digitally remastered. Poor sound. P250.00.

May I ask where? This is the perfect gag gift for a relative who's in town, who asked me once to get this on Betamax for her.  Grin

Got my copy at SM Cubao Record Bar for P250.00.

OT: Saw copies of Celso Ad Castillo's "Snake Sisters" on VCD too.

Thanks.

I'll warn you and anyone else interested in Snake Sisters on VCD - as I mentioned in another thread, that title is nearly unwatchable.

Yeah, if you're watching on a bigger screen.

I tried it again on a smaller screen, and it's bearable. Marami lang gusot from the videotape "master" that they used.

OT (Snake Sisters):  I thought they would have waited for that British company to clean it up first before releasing a local VCD/DVD.  After all, they surely would have put a clause in the contract that says the rights to the clean up version (at least here in the home country) will remain with the original rights holder.

If my memory serves me right, Mondo Macabro is the same company that bought the rights of FOR YOUR HEIGHT ONLY of WengWeng. They specialize in obscure and surreal films, hence, mondo macabro.
