I guess I will have to buy a standalone blu-ray player since I am not a fan of computer games.. Which is better, Samsung BD-P1200 or the Panasonic DMP-BD10A?  Anybody with first hand feedbacks regarding these units?  Got a friend going to the US this coming August and he agreed to buy a player for me so I'll get it cheaper than buying it here.  Grin Grin Grin

I heard that the Samsung BD-P1200 is a pretty good Blu-ray player, and a top of the line DVD upconverter too!

I've decided to wait it out till next year and wait for players with the so-called "Final Standard Profile" for Blu-ray which will come into force on Thursday 1 November, rendering older machines obsolete.
