Just saw a special on Technology and the High Def format  war.  It provides a lot of food for thought on those thinking about getting a player. 

Notebook and desk top computer manufacturers with High Def play back are installing HD over Blueray at a ratio of 7:1. 

This is will be a factor in the war no doubt!!!!

guess is because ms is siding with HD :p

maybe not for sony laptops
