Promo was for an Xbox HD DVD Drive (which already includes King Kong SRP = 179.99)...+ FREE Heroes Season 1 (worth 99)

Best Buy ad states with the other hd dvd player that you get 2 hd dvds of your choice FREE! Well...since the xbox add on is ALSO an HD DVD player...my sister was also able to get 2 more free hd dvds.

Funny thing is... the 2 hd dvds could be SETS!!!! HAHAHAHAHA

Then theres a mail in rebate for 5 more!

So for 179.99 + Tax I got:

Xbox HD DVD addon + King Kong + Heroes Season 1 (5 discs i think) + Matrix Ultimate (3 hd dvds + 5 more dvds i think) + Mission Impossible Ultimate (3 hd dvds + 1?) + 5 more hd dvds through mail!!! = 17 HD DVDS + extras!!!

went back to bestbuy to help my friend get the 2 more additional hd dvd. now he has:

1.Kingkong(included w/ the xbox hd dvd player)
2.Heroes
3.Superman
4.Transformers
5. Plus 5 more by mail

total of 9 hd dvd

lucky you, they realize that they made a mistake with this promotion, now, they only offer a $34.99 value for the free dvd.
