I'm dissappointed when I see originals having only 4 to 5 (5000kbps) Mbps bitrate. I'm trying to get some HD/BD rips then convert it to DVD with at least 8-9(8000-9000kbps) Mbps, the movie should only last for an hour for a DVD5. I wonder what will be the results Smiley On my list are batman begins, band of brothers, house of wax and back to the future.

Oh I didn't know now we can rip HD into DVD. But you will need either BD or HD DVD drive to read & rip right?

Let us know the VQ/AQ result after you've tried it. Smiley

Hi Jmigs,

Any luck on the 'backing-up' of your BD's using DVDs?  Similar to Pchin, am eagerly awaiting your results (and procedure)... Wink

many thanks,
