Hi mga bro, medyo wala ako ginagawa ngayon so I have the time to do this  Cheesy

Most Wanted titles for Blu-ray

These are the films that I really want to see on Blu-ray already.
Also included are my wish list for the special features of each film

1. The Godfather Trilogy
- A Comprehensive look at the meticulous restoration process done for the 3 godfather films
- Mario Puzo - The story of the author
- The Godfather Part 4 - What could have been
- Brand new interviews with Al Pacino, Diane Keaton, James Caan etc.

2. The Original Star Wars Trilogy
- Brand new interviews with Harrison Ford, Mark Hammil, Carrie Fisher etc.
- retro interviews with George Lucas and Film Critic Leonard Maltin (previously seen on the VHS versions.)
- A special look into the 1997 special edition of the Star Wars Trilogy
- Obi-Wan Kenobi - A candid look at Sir Alec Guiness thoughts towards Star Wars
- A look at the restoration of all 3 films
- Lucasfilm Corporation - A look at what's inside the Lucasfilm corp.
- Merchandising - The merchandising history of Star Wars
- THX - The criteria needed for a film to get the THX certification
- DELETED SCENES!!!

3. Star Wars New Trilogy
- Sound only track - Yes, a track minus the dialogue and music. A track where we can fully appreciate the otherworldly sounds of the Star Wars saga
- Film/Digital Comparison - A feature where you can watch and compare the film source versus the Digital source of the movies.

4. Lawrence of Arabia
- A look into the restoration of the film with film restoration expert Robert Harris
- Col. T.E. Lawrence - The real Lawrence of Arabia
- David Lean and his epic films
- The history of the Lawrence of Arabia movie
- brand new interview with Peter O'toole, Omar Shariff and Anthony Quin

5. Barry Lyndon
- A new transfer please!!
- An in depth look into the Cinematography
- Stanley Kubrick's feelings towards Barry Lyndon
- brand new interviews with Ryan O'Neal and etc.

6. Once Upon A Time in America
- brand new interviews with Robert De Niro and James Woods

7. So Close - The SD DVD release had zero extras. I hope the Blu-ray release will include an in-depth look into the making and fighting choreography of the film.

8. Flash Gordon(1980)
- Making of Flash Gordon
- The History of Flash Gordon - From comic strips to movies
- brand new interviews with the cast and filmmakers
- The costumes of Flash Gordon
- The Sets of Flash Gordon
- Flash AHHH!! - A look into the participation of Queen band

9. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy - The SD DVD release already had a treasure trove of extras. I don't think I want anymore extras.

That's it for now

I'm good with #1 and #2. If they release that, along with the original Indiana Jones trilogy, then I'm a happy man.

I'd also like to add The Little Mermaid

While most Disney Platinum DVD's sport excellent PQ and SQ
I personally found that the Little Mermaid Platinum DVD PQ had some occasional softness and slight color banding.

I hope the eventual Blu-Ray release will fix that

You can shorten your waiting time by downloading the 720p high def versions of the entire Star Wars collection.  Approximately 31GB for the 6 films.   Lucas will most likely wait for BD players to become commodity in terms of value before he agrees to release the BD version of Star Wars - similar to what he did for the DVD version.
