Just wondering if anyone was interested in meeting up in the Makati / Manila area to trade high quality HD files?

The damn net connection here taps out at 100k/sec, so a full movie takes 2-3 days to download! Dang.

Anyways, if enough people are up for it, I'll even host a meetup @ my condo, and check out HD on my 47" Samsung TV (imported from Singapore, not the crap available in the local stores) and a great 7.1 surround system ...

I'm in the market for a good standalone system, but right now I just hook up a laptop to the the system and use an optical out cable to the receiver. I'm planning on either building a small standalone HTPC kind of a thing or buying the tvix player.

game ako dito. but right now, wala pa ko pwedeng mashare na HD.
october pa dating ng 1terabyte HD pinabili ko sa japan and i still have to copy some from friends.
puro dvd pa lang meron ako.
