sir Pchin, I'm afraid even the P1500 doesn't have 5.1 or 7.1 analog output for my Ref30 preamp... maybe ahve to wait na lang ako for oppo BD player or the P2500...

Ouch! Why not try updating it? At this point there's nothing to lose since BD functionality is no longer working. Instead of just having an expensive DVD player, why not give it a try. Wink

nag firmware update ako kagabi Grin medyo kabado, pero ok naman. Bwiset kasi ung Bonus View Icon sa upper left ng screen, ayaw matanggal...di rin na resolve ng firmware update.  Pero meron nakong workarround. di ko ituturo! Grin joke!  Tongue Tongue
