Panasonic DMP-BD60. Ba't sobra ang mahal ng player dito sa'tin. Sa US its only 200 to 300 dollars yung entry level, sa Pinas 25K up to 47k. Sana papasok na ang mga blu-ray na generic from China. Para di naman tayo abusuhin ng mga local company dito like Sony, Samsung etc.. Same with the case of DVD players. Before ang mahal ng mga player na yan. Nang nag-umpisa pumasok ang mga china players medyo na apektohan sales nila so they were forced to lower down prices. Eh pwede naman pala eh...ibig sabihin malaki talaga profit margin nila...OMG.

Aside from PS3 60gb bought in 2007, I also own Samsung BD1500. Halos hindi ko nagagamit, I prefer the WDTV. Mas madaling magbrowse ng movies pampatulog (hindi ako makatapos ng isang movie at tulog agad). Grin

Sold my almost brand new Panasonic DMP-BD60 here at the forum,
got me a new Panasonic DMP-BD80, I definitely need the analog out of this model...

i think not much difference in noise level, both are quiet performers. but definitely uses less electricity than the phat version.  Smiley

Bought a network Sony BDP-N460 blu-ray player, has a ton of internet content....popular ones are Netflix, Amazon on Demand, Youtube etc. got it for $189 an excellent unit.  Also owned a PS3 for several years now.
