Magna should've just imported the R1 edition of the Star Trek DVD, like with Transformers 2. The "3D" packaging looks ugly.

Amen to that. It's like a pathetic imitation of the (surprisingly good) Viva Disney 3D packaging attempts (Prince Caspian, High School Musical Trilogy, etc.).

For me, all it did was add unnecessary bulk. My storage issues are really bad at this point.

Ice Age 3:  Actually, they priced it in.  895 ito, not the usual 750.   Good marketing ploy and should enticed some buyers...  but not me, I will probably buy it (since I liked the movie)...but under protest...

Ordered the Blu ray from Amazon last Black Friday.  DVD + Blu ray for $9.99.

I think Ice Age 3 is Fox.  So Viva.  The 895 includes Ice Cream...  They should have included it (Ice Cream) with a horror flick (and not Ice Age 3) complete with a severed hand glove.
