Yup, Amazon still has the cheapest BDs. The BD prices in HK were just slightly cheaper than Astro's. Or I just was not looking in the right places Grin

Just came from hong kong. I don't know but this was one of the best for me for my blu purchases. Of course can't compare to amazon usa on its prices but found some "good" ones, mga "puede na"...Especially awesome for me are the hk movies that is out on blu.

I got the following Grin
Air force one - awesome, finally saw this, snapped it up right away.
Ronin
Concert for Diana
The Police Certifiable
The story of O  Grin
Sukiyaki Western Django
Pretty Woman
From Dusk till dawn
Kramer vs. Kramer
Street fighter
The Pink Panther
The Bucket list
Abba the movie Grin
Raging Bull
A bridge too far
Australia
Jingle all the way

Hong kong movies Wink
SPL
Infernal affairs 2 and 3
IP man
As tears go by
Lady cop and papa crook
Fatal move
The warlords
Invisible target
Ptu

Got most of these at hong kong records or cd warehouse. HMV is sooo overpriced. Didn't get a chance to check these at mongkok bec  of time constraint.

Saw a bunch of titles sold at HK 175 each Buy 2 take 1 (735 each in pesos) two weeks ago. Sa Mongkok parallel ng Argyle St malapit sa street where night market stalls are stationed. I saw instead a lot of audiophile CD collection sold from HK50-60 kaya yon ang binili ko. Naka 20 ako na CDs. Grin

Sayang I missed this..Maybe next time Grin..Excellent talaga to buy those hk movies..I always love going to Hong Kong (actually my favorite, hindi nasasawa Grin, just 2 hours away) bec of the shopping (lots of great deals) and the magnificent food Grin..I love the dimsum, roast goose, barbeque pork, wonton noodles, and desserts etc...mmm..sarap talaga Grin....The best days (buying stuff) was when the conversion was 3.5 to 4 plus (1 hkd to 3.5 pesos) Also the best thing is you can eat and eat and still lose the pounds bec. you usually we walk the whole day..oops sorry OT na. Basta pag hong kong, I go nuts over it Grin

hahaha..pa OT pa natin hehe..Ya bro, thats also my logic/stance,  to order/eat something/somewhere na wala sa Philippines. I always get mad with my dad  Grin, when we are eating there. He is extremely makunat, so he will study the menu for minutes and end up ordering Bola Bola lugaw. Galit na galit ako Grin..I told him, hey meron yan sa Philippines, order ka ng Sharks fin/abalone lugaw. Ayaw niya Grin..Anyway, this last trip I had indigestion (na sobrahan talaga) Cheesy Grin, kasi I wana try lots of diff appetizers, dimsum, desserts etc. so I kept ordering and ordering that I ended up trying to finish the food bec. my parents don't eat much Grin..I'm the vacuum cleaner and sumakit tuloy tian ko. Was looking for yakult there hahaha..Sarap mag kuento talaga bro ng hong kong hahaha

Gawa tayo ng new topic about food experiences, experiment or adventures (for food that at first glance is not "eatable") when travelling abroad. Magandang topic ito since marami sa atin ang mahilig kumain. Grin

I agree with the others...it's not cheap for HK BD except certain bargain deals. Smiley

I was impatient so recently I ordered from YesAsia for Ip Man BD.  Grin Ip Man BD receives excellent review (5-star for both video & audio!):

Other than YesAsia, is there other cheaper online stores? Tnx
