Dude, just to confirm this includes the first gen units right? I've researched about this but I'm still too chicken to plug my PS3 phat and slim directly on to a 220v outlet.

yung region sir ay para sa PSN account. DLC. so kung ang PSN account mo ay region 1, mas maganda kung ang bilhin mong games ay region 1 din. Pero kahit ano pa mang region yan, malalaro mo pa rin yan sa PS3 mo.

My slim is autovolt even if it says 100v on the outside (it's a unit from Japan).  I found a japanese site where they opened up the innards of the slim and saw that the psu was indeed 100v-240v.

I tried it on the 220v outlet and it worked fine.

yung region sir ay para sa PSN account. DLC. so kung ang PSN account mo ay region 1, mas maganda kung ang bilhin mong games ay region 1 din. Pero kahit ano pa mang region yan, malalaro mo pa rin yan sa PS3 mo.

mga sir question po, region free po ba nag ps3 when it comes to blu-ray movies? tia

all ps3s are autovolt, tested it with my slim and fat (both US 110v) direct 220v no problems..

but still would suggest AVR for that cleaner power.

PS3 slim 160G asian version selling for P13900 at greenhills viramall 3/f sa my gitna. i forgot the store name kasi hindi pa naman ako bibili, but will ask my friend whom i was with kasi suki sya dun, then i will post the store name. so far dun pinaka mura napagtanungan namin.

same with the store i asked. unless you will also buy a game, in which case the store is willing to give further discount. the lady was willing to give me the ps3 + nba2k11 for 15800. hindi ko din kasi kabisado prices ng games. so i dnt know if this bundle is already a good deal.

walang silbi ba ang PS3 if walang internet connection? ala po kasing landline dito sa province and those wireless broadbands are way too slow for me kya di ako nagpapakabit.

imo sayang naman ang ps3 kung walang internet connection. anu pakinabang ng built in wi-fi kung hindi ka rin makapag on-line gaming or makapag download ng games/demos, and now my netflix pa for movie streaming. ps3 will be like a ps2 experience na mas malinaw nga lng.
