Then there is a Cignal PPV HD, this August 1, 7PM, the show is Michael Jackson, Unmasked

Uy, Cignal. Nasa taas lang office nila sa'min. And some of their staff share the same floor space with us. We have employee packages (can't recall how much) but I didn't tap into it. I hardly watch TV anyway.

Yes, I'm part of their parent group (MQ) but not of MS. We share the same CEO though.

So how's their technical support?

There's only 20 standard non-HD channels?  Is the line-up in wiki accurate?

napapangitan na ko sa channel lineup ng Cignal SD. wala na bang idadagdag. kala ko ba meron pa. mag september na,wala pa din. walang music channel. although di kasalanan ng Cignal. i hate what happened to AXN and 99.5RT. Dati maganda format/shows nila, ngayon di ko ma gets. what are they thinking.

Basically kasi i live in a remote area, and swak ang cignal, meron din kami dream sat btw. i more than want the radio channels kasi yunyung what i grew up with and my musical taste (WTM and RT). I FEEL I DIDN'T LEFT mANILA WITH THSE RADIO CHANNELS. Sana magreformat uli RT. hehe

BTW, yung HD ng Cugnal is only for POSTPAID, no prepaid, kaya ayaw ko mag HD.

Hi stud, no need to lower the resolution to have clear SD. I am currently using 1080i and my SD channels are clear, my signal strength is 180% signal quality is 100%. As for the screen menu, i think it is normal & will look sharper since it is around 6 inch screen size compared to your 42" when turned to full screen. 

Had mine installed on the last day of the promo. Ilan din sa kapitbahay ko ang nagpakabit. Our village is n its 1st year pa lang kaya talagang dependent sa satellite cable. Just want to ask kung paano maincrease ang signal quality and strength?

Only the installer can set the signal quality and the signal strengh. What they do is point the dish in the exact point of the satellite. If you can not receive both, then you can not watch or see anything on your tv set.

I am still patiently waiting for their other hd channels. Boring na ang history and voom channel and playhouse is for kids only.

1.) HBO HD,
2.) Star Movies HD
3.) F/X HD
4.) History HD
5.) Playhouse 1080i-HD
6.) Sony Entertainment TV 1080i-HD
7.) ESPN-HD
8.) Star Sports-HD
9.) Voom-HD

Probably, the channel line-up will be updated last week of Sept- 1st week October. This has been in testing for almost a month now.

Just got this information from Cignal last Friday, though this is not yet officially announced, this will be the additional channel line up for HD as of the moment:
 
a.  HBO; ESPN; History; Star Movies; Disney Playhouse; Sony Entertainment Vision; FX HD
 
with this additional channels, there will also be an increase in their Monthly subscription rate, as per Cignal it will be a little less than P1,200 per month.

Hmmm mukhang wala pang linaw talaga, kasi may splash screen ad na sa Cignal ch 48 & HD ch 53. Nakalagay "Soon, 7 new HD channels". Disney Playhouse is an existing HD channel, not new. So, lumalabas 7 new plus 3 existing, 10 total HD channels. As for the price, kung correct yung 1,200, may kamahalan nga, pero iba talaga yung HD channels eh, so sa akin kukunin ko pa din.
