Sir Paul my cignal hd is installed today and my application date is only 2 days ago. I recommend you call them instead for faster response. Im satisfied with the hd quality of the channels. The picture is very clear and looks almost bluray. The audio is very nice also but is only stereo. I hooked the audio to my harman kardon receiver and yes the audio is superb.

Yes I called them up na kanina...they will come this Monday to install.

if you will avail of their hd package all of the inputs you mentioned are included in the decoder. It is best to use hdmi at 1080 resolution setting

I just had the unit installed sa bahay. Badtrip lang kasi I called them for an availment of subscription last August 3, ang scheduled install ay August 7, 2010 pero walang dumating. It cost me pa 150++ bucks para lang mag follow up sa hotline # nila.

Iniwan ko sa bahay kanina yung unit while it waits to be activated. Malalaman ko mamaya paguwi ko kung maganda ba talaga ang quality. Though yung quality ng TV5 ay mas maganda compared sa TV5 ng SkyCable.

Hahaha siempre bro mas maganda TV5 sa Cignal! Sister company sila. both under metro pacific/MVP group!

True eh..the whole reason I was rushing to complete my Cignal installation so that we could view Pacquiao fight. 

Anyway, there is still time & it's not mid-Oct yet...hopefully Cignal will announce the PPV soon.

according to my friend who's a cignal contractor, the pacquiao fight will be aired over cignal, price may be announced within this week or next.

wow! before i left this morning, i saw a lot of added channels.  I was just browsing the program schedule so i dont have the detailed list.. but i saw: discovery hd, discovery turbo, fox, fox family movies (??), those different nat geo channel flavors, nba hd, a couple of star world flavors... i think i saw not less than 10 new channels

wow, were there broadcasts na?  kasi sa akin matagal ng may al jazeera.. pero walang laman..

also, cignal HD subs, question, yung espn nyo and star sports na SD channel, naka enable ba or naka block?  coz yung akin naka block yung mga sports channels na SD ko since meron sila sa HD, but not my hbo tho...

about 5 of those 10 or so added channels are good to go, the rest are still blocked.  fox channel good na, pwede na manood ng house MD   discovery turbo good to go na din.  blocked pa yung discovery, wala pang mythbusters .

we are subscribed via prepaid account and is thinking if its worth it to convert to a postpaid account given the 24 months lock-in period para kasing 6-8 HD channels and no discovery no fox channel doesnt cut it for me.. pero ngayon tingin ko sulit na. 

tumawag ako sa hotline kanina, tinanong ko kung bakit yung ibang channel e blocked (nhk, al jazeera, etc) ang sagot sakin kasi daw prepaid.. enabled daw LAHAT pag postpaid,

i think alibi lang ng nakausap ko sa help desk.  i suggest you call them sir.  tatawag din ako, na realize ko na kung totoo man yun reason na binigay nya (about the channel being blocked because im not a postpaid subscriber) e full of bull.. pareho lang bayad ko bakit may restriction?

sa ibang subscriber, before i l left for work kanina e blocked pa yung ibang channels (discovery, fox family movie) ang sagot sakin sa help desk e kasi daw kaka "program" lang nila. baka daw mamaya pag uwi ko e ok na yun... so, how is it now? working na ba lahat ng "new" channels?

Wow!!!!! I'm so happy about these new HD
channels. I can't wait to go home and watch these channels.
Got to buy some nachos mukhang tv marathon na naman ako this weekend.hehehe

dude i know, what i meant was: wala na meron ang sky na wala ang cignal in terms of Highdef channels (balls hd has no bearing)

SkyCable already has Discovery HD since last year.
