Title: Xtreamer Elvira
Post by: Ppoooh on May 27, 2012 at 06:18 AM
Now, this is locally available and at budget price for a basic NMT (no network).

Hope some new owners would share their experiences/reviews/comments here. I would like to know how fast it scans the connected HDD (what size GB/TB) upon power on. Does this have jukebox and how fast does it load the pages/images (and when switching pages). As I would like to replace my outdated 1st gen NMT.

I really like the looks of this unit. Nice and clean simple lines. The menu looks nice and modern also.

Front of unit:

Rear of unit:
http://mediacenter-bg.com/english/catalog/product/gallery/id/9/image/25/ (http://mediacenter-bg.com/english/catalog/product/gallery/id/9/image/25/)

Am wondering what that EX-IR port at the back is for. I would also like to know what the remote looks like.

i think that port is to extend the infrared sensor in case you will place the player inside cabinet or behind the TV.

Kind of weird for this budget NMT to have. But not bad to have it thou. Is Xtreamer selling this as an accessory, or any 3rd party product would do?

Hope somebody got hold of the user manual for this.

Anybody know what specific chipset (1xx5DD) does this unit have? Am wondering also why they indicated 1xx5DD instead of being specific with the chipset. Are they planning to change the chipset to a higher one anytime soon? Better to have 1185 instead of 1055?

Do we have any owners of this unit yet? Hope somebody would post their feedback on the performance of their unit here.

Is it true that it is also capable of playing 3D SBS?

What??? 2 seconds delay on the menus when using the remote?

See link:
http://www.google.com/translate?langpair=fr%7Cen&u=http://www.01net.com/fiche-produit/prise-main-12479/passerelle-pctv-xtreamer-elvira/ (http://www.google.com/translate?langpair=fr%7Cen&u=http://www.01net.com/fiche-produit/prise-main-12479/passerelle-pctv-xtreamer-elvira/)

If true, not acceptable then.

This should be better than Kaiboer H1055 because of an optical out, which Kaiboer doesn't have and with the same chipset 1055.

But it seems that no one is buying this unit. Even the Xtreamer official forum have not a single post for Xtreamer Elvira. I doubt if this will sell. Might be better to get the Sidewinder 3 instead at more than twice the price. Or go for another brand.

Which is a better buy for a basic all around media player, this Elvira or the Measy A1hd?

Never had any of those. Performance wise, no idea.

On aesthetics, I prefer the Xtreamer Elvira. On Menus, GUIs, I prefer Elvira.  On chipset I prefer Elvira - Realtek 1055DD instead of Measy A1HD - Boxchip F10 (what is this???). Although have not seen the remote of the Elvira yet.

Price range is a bit close. Xtreamer Elvira might have firmware updates as compared to A1HD.

Haven't seen much review of the Elvira yet.

Agree ako sir with all the things you said, everything seems to be better with the Elvira. Only the actual performance is the question since no actual feedback yet from a pdvd member.

I'll try to test one tom and if it plays good naman I might get one.  :)

Bought this one last sat, so far I'm happy with my purchase. Picture quality is quite good and it was able to play all my mkvs flawlessly. Boot up is quick and I'm quite surprised it has alot more options in this player compared to my previous gen1 wdtv. And according to the system menu, it supports firmware updates.  :D
Title: Re: Xtreamer Elvira
Post by: Ppoooh on Aug 07, 2012 at 02:28 AM
So how was the speed when moving the cursor, or selecting an item? As compared to WDTV Gen1, is it the same speed or faster/slower? I have a WDTV Gen 1 also (which I suppose is a little less than 1 second).

How about the speed of booting up Elvira with hard disk (internal/external) attached? WDTV Gen 1 is traditionally slow boot-up when connected to a hard disk, specially with over 800 movies.

It is good to have someone here with a actual unit to give feedback.
Title: Re: Xtreamer Elvira
Post by: chris69ners on Aug 09, 2012 at 09:45 PM
It's true there is a lag when you navigate on the main menu screen, approx about 1-2 secs to go up or down each item. But once your inside the sub menu, no more lag.

When turning on the unit with a 1tb ext hdd, main menu will appear after about 4-5 secs after the xtreamer loading screen. Then for example you select movies option, thumbnails automatically load up on the screen quite quickly. List mode makes it even quicker.

One thing that surprised me is the zoom option. You can actually adjust the horizontal and vertical size of the image in small increments until you get your desired picture size or when trying to eliminate the black horizontal bars (which I really hate) of a movie to maximize our wide screen TVs. I think most players only have fixed steps when adjusting this feature. My friends couldnt believe that the image they were watching was already zoomed in as there was almost no degradation in picture quality and the image was still very sharp and smooth as compared to my previous wdtv which made the picture quite grainy and soft when selecting zoom1 and made the image look like a bd ripped dvd movie.

Thanks for your review/findings/experiences.

As the price of this had come down at my "suki" store, very affordable.

How's the mkv movies fast forward/rewind function and its skip increments? Hows the subtitle sizes, position, color, outline? Does this support internal HDD (and size)? Are you using internal or external HDD? How's the unit's temperature?

Hope that you would share more of your findings.

Lowest I've seen is php2,025.00 (promo cash only). Sa may Gilmore PC store (name withheld) iyon along Aurora Blvd. Make sure that you are a member of www.t*p*dpc.com just to be sure, so that they could give you the said price.

I don't have one. Am asking for more feedback still.

You can do quick skip during playback with the arrow buttons on remote. up-ff 30secs/right-ff 3mins/down back 1min/left-back 10secs. Fast forward button upto 32X. If you're looking for a specific scene you can go to menu then select GOTO to select exact chapter number or go directly to the exact time you want within the movie. If the file has subtitles, you can adjust the position, encoding, font, size, border size and color and font color. Unit does not support internal HDD and what Im using is an external HDD. The unit just feels slightly warm during use. Other extras would be pic adjustment (brightness/contrast/hue/saturation), last memory function, copy/delete files from HDDs (not sure on this yet but i saw the option on the menu), browser/search, audio button to select audio track, independent setting for optical and hdmi audio (pcm/multi channel), direct resolution adj button, preview function.

Hay dami, I can't remember na yung iba hehe..  :D

Bought the elvira a couple of weeks back. Am really enjoying the unit. PQ is great, haven't really maximized the audio potential since its only hooked up to the tv.
The observations from the other users are true that scrolling in the home menu does have a few seconds of delay after pressing on the remote, but once you are in your movies/files directory, selecting and scrolling through your collection is faster.
And yup, the zoom function is great, you get to customize the amount of zoom you want to fill up your screen. Boot-up and scanning of the external hd takes about 10-15secs or so.
I have one negative observation though, i have been able to play all sorts of video formats smoothly but in some very few movie files (its either an .avi or mkv file) the unit reboots itself upon hitting play. Is this because of the way the move was encoded or its a problem with the unit? Any users experience this? most of the movies i play are 720p and from a 500gb external. The "problematic" files play fine on the laptop though.

btw has anyone tried upgrading their firmware? I came across this link
http://forum.xtreamer.net/page/index.html/_/latest-firmware-announcements/xtreamer-elvira-firmware-update-r253

Title: Re: Xtreamer Elvira
Post by: chris69ners on Aug 28, 2012 at 11:23 PM
In my case naman with some very few files the unit would freeze and the tv screen would turn blank and unit becomes unresponsive with the remote. I would have to unplug it for a few secs, replug it, then everything would be normal and the file starts to play normally.

Re the firmware, I think your link is the same as this one, http://xtreamer.net/downloads/xtreamer-elvira/elvira-firmware/evlira-firmware-ver-3-0-0.aspx (http://xtreamer.net/downloads/xtreamer-elvira/elvira-firmware/evlira-firmware-ver-3-0-0.aspx) This is version 3.0.0. I checked mine and its also the same.

http://xtreamer.net/downloads/xtreamer-elvira/elvira-firmware.aspx (http://xtreamer.net/downloads/xtreamer-elvira/elvira-firmware.aspx) It describes ver 3.0.0 as the factory default firmware.

Have you checked the version on your unit?
Title: Re: Xtreamer Elvira
Post by: babyfaced1 on Aug 29, 2012 at 11:08 AM
My firmware is also 3.0.0. But it doesnt have the features mentioned in the link. Anyhow i wont be upgrading the fw pa naman.
My fear with the reboots on certain movie files...will that affect the external harddrive? Will it get corrupted or something?
Title: Re: Xtreamer Elvira
Post by: chris69ners on Aug 29, 2012 at 11:09 AM

I tried doing the firmware update kanina and it worked!  :D

They should have changed the firmware version, all the said improvements under the release notes have been added na on my unit.  :) Maybe this might cure the bugs we have experienced.

Only downside is, still no improvement re main menu navigation lag.

Bought an Elvira last night at G'hills, 2150 php at JC Solutions. This is to replace my WD Live as it does not read some of the files that are playable to other media players. After firing it up I found out it can't access my Seagate GoFlex 2 TB. Adaptor power was on but the small pilot light at the bottom of the HD won't lit. It works on USB flash memory and 340GB playing the 7GB Avengers with no problem. Before I left this morning I hook up my WD and everything was back to normal. Anything I can do about this, software upgrade?

remove USB, plug 90% of the way, and pilot will light up.

seems it happens when you plug a USB 3.0 device to a USB 2.0 port or a usb 2.0 device into a USB host port.

Yes there is.

You can use the analog connection which will give you stereo sound or if its hdmi, you can set it 2 channel pcm.

...or you can set the audio/HDMI output to 2.1 ch if you are using HDMI connections to your TV.

Last night I tried transferring a 1.4 gb file from the 2TB HD to a 8gb flash drive. File error daw. The 8gb is only 1/4 filled.  But when I tried it from 8gb to 2TB successful. Weird :)

How to convert a FAT volume or a FAT32 volume to NTFS
Note Although the chance of corruption or data loss during the conversion is minimal, we recommend that you perform a backup of the data on the volume that you want to convert before you start the conversion.

To convert an existing FAT or FAT32 volume to NTFS, follow these steps:

 1.   Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, and then click Command Prompt.
 2.   At the command prompt, type the following, where drive letter is the drive that you want to convert:
    convert drive letter: /fs:ntfs
For example, type the following command to convert drive E to NTFS:
    convert e: /fs:ntfs
Note If the operating system is on the drive that you are converting, you will be prompted to schedule the task when you restart the computer because the conversion cannot be completed while the operating system is running. When you are prompted, click YES.
 3.   When you receive the following message at the command prompt, type the volume label of the drive that you are converting, and then press ENTER:
The type of the file system is FAT.
Enter the current volume label for drive drive letter
 4.   When the conversion to NTFS is complete, you receive the following message at the command prompt:
    Conversion complete
 5.   Quit the command prompt.

I've had the Elvira for 3 weeks now and I'm very happy with it. Great value for 2100.

Before Elvira I tried the Xtreamer Sidewinder 2 and the Elvira works just as well- as a media player.
Wala lang sya online capabilities, but I never really got to use it in the Xtreamer anyway, since I have a computer.

Regarding the slow browsing in the main menu, I found a solution to this. Just press the home button at the upper right corner of the remote, and it will automatically take you to the sub menu which is much faster.

Got an Elvira last week and notice this small problem. Wondering if this is normal.
It auto powers on when I turn on the switch of the surge suppressor.
Also, I tried to remove the AC adapter and plug it in again to verify this is really happening, and it did happen.
It seems the unit, upon receiving electricity, powers on automatically without the need to press the power button from the unit or the remote.
Is this a feature or a defect?

If this is so, then it seems to work the same as my WDTV Gen1 NMT. Upon plugging the AC adapter to AC power, the unit runs on immediately. No need to press Power-On on the remote. Isn't a big problem w/ me anyway.

Thanks for letting us know that Elvira behaves the same way.

finally watching hd movies on the hdtv after 2 years hehe medyo irritating nga ung lag sa menu :/ pero for 2.1k, ok na! :D

dapat nasa same directory ung mkv,mp4,avi(etc) dun sa jpg pic and same file name din sila. kung hd_movie.mkv, ung cover art mo dapat hd_movie.jpg

EDIT: sorted it out, no need to create a folder for each film. thanks.

dati na akong member dito pero ngayon lang ako nakakapag post ulit dahil i newly bought an xtreamer elvira! so far quite satisfied naman ako esp. for its price, except i experience random reboot (no signal at mag rerestart) with the default firmware after couple of hours testing parang okay naman.

kanina i decided to update to the latest version which is v3.0.0 r20120726 21:56:43 via manual update on the settings menu with a 4gb flash disk and sobrang na praning ako kasi nag failed nung 1st try ko, parang 10mins ata at lumabas install error! bluecore.video.lzma failed! please reboot.

I thought bricked na yung unit, but what I did is unplugged it and just plugged it back, then when I hit the power button, nag upgrade ulit and this time it only took like 2 mins. then I'm back at the menu settings with the new firmware. So far I find it much more responsive than the default firmware.

I did move around the menus and parang much faster sya, did play a couple movies at okay naman..

I hope tuloy2 nato... as in na praning ako sa install error kanina, i thought good bye 2k na! hehe..

actually its not really 2k, its P2,170 - from Enigma Computers.. I'm from Bacolod bro, and they have several branches all over the philippines (http://enigma-phil.com.ph/branch.php) and yes, one year warranty din kasi sa Enigma one year warranty lahat ng products nila... They are the cheapest so far here in our place when it comes to pc stuff.

Title: Re: Xtreamer Elvira

@mm2002 - yes, EU firmware yung kinuha ko... pano kaba nag update? follow mo ba yung nasa site nila (yung unplug/press power button)? or you did it via "manual update" dun sa settings menu? kasi yung sa akin - i went to try first the unplug/press power button sequence pero I cannot get it to update - palaging dumideresto lang sa main menu... so what I did was update it via "manual update" - nag install process sya but eventually nag install error ako... so I unplugged the unit and press power button - dun nag update sya at naging successful.

but I now have a different problem - it has something to do with my newly bought HDMI cable. Parang namimili ata ng cable kasi minsan "no signal" sya, mag boboot screen lang yung elvira then no signal na...

So far I've swapped it on a different HDMI cable at parang okay naman... I don't know if it has to do with the HDMI ports of our 32" LG LH70 (aka scarlet).. coz the new cable is under HDMI 2 and the old HDMI cable under HDMI 1 which is used by our home theater, when I swap the them, the old HDMI cable under HDMI 1 works fine on my elvira and the new HDMI cable is now being used by our home theater under HDMI 2....

Make sure that the TV is powered up first before the NMT is powered up. Otherwise, possible that the TV will show "no signal" message. That is my case using my NMT (WDTV Gen 1). If the power up sequence is reversed, my NMT will set its output to another video port (RCA). I suppose my NMT have a detection feature which defaults to RCA if it doesn't detect the TV on its HDMI port. Don't know if this is applicable in your case.
Title: Re: Xtreamer Elvira
Post by: dmist24 on Nov 15, 2012 at 04:46 AM
@Ppoooh

yes, the TV is always powered up first. I have a hunch na baka the home theater system which is using the HDMI 1 port (uses an old HDMI cable) is turned on first before my Elvira which uses the HDMI 2 port (uses a new HDMI cable), so parang na sset ng tv first yung HDMI connection sa port 1 and not port 2... but if I switch them, gumagana agad yung elvira sa port 1 using the old HDMI cable.

Ang gulo i-explain pero I think you have a point na probably due to the power up sequence ng tv, NMT at home theater ko, na hindi agad ma-aactivate yung HDMI connection.

you misunderstood the question, what I was asking for is "gap-less playback" feature.

for the benefit of the other members, the answer is NO (and as per xtreamer forums, it will not be supported in the future as well, at least with models - even on the sidewinder 3 that i decided to get.)

And also yung subtitles, pag italics sya, it will show <i> instead na italic na subs. Kaya ba ng firmware upgrade to?

this is not the fault of either the receiver or the player (assuming that the AC3/DTS audio is bitstreamed, and that your receiver is properly calibrated)

movie soundtrack is typically encoded with full dynamic range, adhering to reference levels. this means soft sounds can be barely audible, and very loud sounds can be earsplitting.

technically, the issue is that everything else is too loud (usually with tv/music with low dynamic range.)

Pero pag sa PC ok ang sound?  Maybe may mali ako na setting, or baka limitation na nya talaga?  BTW, my elvira is connected to my receiver via optical.
Title: Re: Xtreamer Elvira
Post by: rthirtyfourgtr on Nov 17, 2012 at 04:28 PM
^ not sure how everything is setup on your end but in my experience, it doesn't matter where i play the file as long as the audio is bitstreamed in it's original format, i get the exact same playback loudness no matter which playback device.

if your PC is decoding the audio stream to PCM, it's possible that it may be applying effects as well (such as dynamic range compression, volume compensation, maybe even digital volume gain...)

Dolby soundtracks usually have a DialNorm (Dialog Normalization) gain value that is automatically applied by the receiver, and effectively raises the Center channel gain for louder dialog playback. If your receiver is getting AC3 as PCM, then the DialNorm "boost" is not applied and hence, low volume for the dialog.

Title: Re: Xtreamer Elvira
Post by: rthirtyfourgtr on Nov 18, 2012 at 10:27 AM
^ best if you ask the seller where you bought the unit.

not sure with the elvira, but with the SW3, it has an emergency firmware flash procedure which is supposed to unbrick the unit. if that procedure fails, then IMO you should be able to exchange it for a new one if within warranty. but ultimately it's the seller that can answer that question.

Not capable. It's still using the old 1185 chipset. It's the 1186 chipset that has 3D playback.

Thanks.  But, this is capable in playing a 3D content as 2D while the 3D capable TV do the 3D processing.  Is my assumption correct?  If so, is there any difference in terms of PQ when processing 3D on the NMT instead of from the TV?
Title: Re: Xtreamer Elvira
Post by: Nikkie on Nov 26, 2012 at 05:21 PM
Pero the quality is far from real 3D.

And, have you noticed any issues (no matter how trivial) about these 2 Realtek players (regardless of the pricepoint)? If any.

One thing I've noticed though with the Elvira is that it hangs when you have a lot of files already in your HDD when viewing in thumbnail mode.  I need to reboot it when it happens.  If in List view ok lang.  Maybe because of the slow processor.  ???

Dang, we're also encountering the unit hanging when playing certain films that work fine in our WDTV Live and WDTV Live SMP.  After playing for a few minutes, then shows a blank screen, with no response from the remote.  Anyone found the possible cause for this?  @nerveblocker noticed it with large files in the HDD when using thumbnail view, though mine is in List view.  I'll try it using a small thumbdrive with only 1 or a few movies in it.

I was able to play movies from a 1TB HDD searching using list view.  I will also observe if it hangs even on list view.  Maybe it has a toil on the processor when searching from large capacity drives.

The video I posted with the moviesheets had only 50 movies in the drive that's why it can still handle it.

When you are in your movies folders already, just press the Menu button on your remote and you will see options like List, Thumbnail , Preview.

If you have a high capacity drive full of content, better switch to List view rather than thumbnails to minimize hanging.  I think the limitation lies on the processor.

Mine doesnt hang even in thumbnail view with almost full 2tb. Swerte lang siguro.

If your receiver is getting AC3 as PCM, then the DialNorm "boost" is not applied and hence, low volume for the dialog.

finally found out the problem sir, changed my amp, got an entry level with hdmi, got rid of the optical connection, then boom! Too bad I deleted some movies thinking na sila may problem.

I've been researching on the Elvira for a while now and I'm getting mixed reviews on different forums, I know it's probably the most basic nmt out there so I should temper my expectations, but are you all satisfied with the product?

May mga nababasa kasi ako na madaming bugs yung elvira, or it's poor build quality etc. Any feedback on the issues you have would be welcome. Thanks!

Bought mine at Cardinal Audio din kanina. I updated the firmware immediately paguwi ko. I chose the one with Japanese support. Successful naman yung upgrade and I restored to factory settings after kaso sunod sunod na random shutdown ang inabot ko while watching a 720p MKV. Nag shu-shutdown siya kapag pinause or papalitan mo ng subtile font or kahit na wala kang ginagawa. One more thing, medyo maluwag ang HDMI port nitong akin.  Pixelated kahit madiin na pagkakakabit ng cable. Kailangan pang i-wiggle into place. Called the store and I'll go there to have it replaced. I'll update you guys later. Hassle lol.

Update: Added a bit of cash and went for another brand nalang. Baka lemon unit lang yung napunta sakin pero I don't want to take chances na with this particular model. Thanks pinoydvd.

questlogic has them on stock 8292131

Thanks Sir. I already got one :)

The thing is, before and after the firmware upgrade, during playback of a 1080p Movie, I encountered the blank screen issue when trying to re-play (after a pause). So, i rebooted the player. I encountered this randomly, and was able to play the movie again after the reboot, and this time, let the movie play through.

Overall though, i'm pretty much satisfied with the Elvira. Not as smooth as the O!Play Mini (RIP). The advantage of the Elvira I think is that it has a cooling vent :) which the O!Play, desparately needs.

May old Kaiboer 1055plus gave up after two years. may power siya pero it seems di na nadedetect ng TV ang player since NO signal na ang lumalabas when connected.

My kaiboer can pag naka-RAW ang audio output at may sound sa TV.

pwede ba sa Elvira ang ganito or I need a receiver pa?

kung hindi kasi pwede i will opt for a much cheaper alternative since anak ko lang naman mostly ang gagamit for animated movies.

I tried my other USB3.0 external desktop drive at wala namang problema.

Good day to all. Baka lang maka tulong...
Base sa setup mo, kaya mo ginamit yung optical papuntang dvd player is because walang hdmi input yung dvd player mo. Tama po ba? I assume HTIB(home theater in a box) ang gamit mo.

If may hdmi input yung htib mo, pwede mong gawin yung set up na yun.

God bless us.

i don't think kakayanin mo yung HDMI ang source mo for dvd because pang-out lang yan. if meron na HDMI Source In ang dvd player mo, then i think pwede. but as far as i know, walang ganun dvd player. you will need an AVR (audio/video receiver) to do that pero you will need different speakers for that as well.

when i use my HTIB (home theater in a box - dvd/bluray player with 5.1 speakers), i connect my HDMI from the NMT to the tv then the optical to the HTIB and it sounds good. kahit sa AVR ko, i still use optical and nangiginig ang kwarto ko pag action flicks. HDMI is just a cable that can send both audio and video signals naman in digital format while optical is digital audio only. at the end of the day, i think both HDMI and optical will give you the same result given you are using the same source material. check mo rin baka may problem yung optical cable mo pero duda ko source material or the movie files that you're playing ang may issue.

God bless

yung YIFY kasi ay AAC 2 channels lang yon. talagang hindi lalabas sa ibang speakers mo yan. basta gumana yung optical mo sa dts/ac3, ok na yon. kahit gano kamahal yung optical cable mo, pag 2 channels lang ang source, 2 channels lang ang ilalabas. para lumabas sa surround and bass, kailangan 6 channels, which are dts and ac3 files. in the future, you can upgrade to an AVR and that can convert 2 channel source audio to 5.1 but iba pa rin yung totoong 5.1 (6 channels) na audio source. enjoy!

sir, maraming salamat po ulit., i think mag titingin po ako nang audio video receiver, kung meron po mura., ahehe., maganda po pala yung kahit 2 channels lang is kaya niya isurround sa mga speaker., sir, tnx so much po sa mga idea., malinaw na po lahat., tnx again boss :)

Tanong lang po..i bought the xtreamer elvira just recently. But if I assign 1080i, wala siyang error. Any idea? Is it because of the HDMI cable? TIA.

For those na meron Xtreamer Elvira, assuming that the latest firmware v20130402 (http://www.xtreamer.net/downloads/xtreamer-elvira/elvira-firmware/firmware-v20130402.aspx) is used, does it display correctly colored .srt subtitles with italics when movie files are played?

For example, the .srt subtitle available at http://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtitles/5225494/man-of-steel-en/short-on is colored and contains italics.

Hello Sir/s,

Good Evening po.

Good xa for 3 months up until tonight.

Last night okay pa xa. Nadedetect nya na may nakalagay sa kanyang HD, pero after a while, unlimited loading nalang xa.
I tried to check the HD with my laptop and Sony TV. readable lahat ng files (especially video)..Pero pagsa Xtreamer Elvira, loading lang xa ng matagal. Then paghinugot ko ung HD sa kanya, back to normal naman xa.

And nare-read xa sa ibang platform.

Tanong lang po. Salamat.

Nagtry narin po ako magupdate pala to 2013 firmware but it did not resolve the problem

Sir/s, already got my problem resolved within the day.

I guess the issue was just my HD is super crowded na..
500GB with 20Gb free of space.

Nagtanggal ako about 25g more...

Super tagal lang magload...

Ang based sa pagbabasa ko dito, as much as possible, use "list" in previewing files.

Im planning to buy this unit in replacement for my Measy A1HD.

Thanks

HI Guys. Please I really need your help.

I already tried to format it sa NTFS pero ayaw pa rin gumana.

Ang nababasa lang niya is USB which is not good kasi mga movies ko e nasa external HD k.

Help please thanks!
