Title: Sony EX330 or Samsung EH5000 (32inches)

Hi,

I want to buy a LED but im torn between this two models.

Samsung EH5000 or Sony EX330.

I've read Samsung EH5000 is good because of the direct led...However Sony EX330 is Direct LED too i think.

Please advice.

Both Sony EX330 and Samsung have same technology of full array LED arranged behind the display panel. Sony call their technology Direct LED, which is basically a full array LED.

We are expecting the EX330 to be available by Thursday. Perhaps by that time we can provide comparative evaluations / observations between the Samsung and the Sony.

In the meantime, we find EX330 a HD ready 720P TV. Also EX330 can only decode Dolby Digital.

Samsung EH5000 is a full HD 1080p TV; it can decode USB movie DTS on TV. :)

Bought the eh5000 last week from SnS. 1080p resolution was needed.

yung ex650 na sony eh full array din
