mga brothers and sisters may itatanong lang po ako sa inyo...gagana po ba mga imported bluray discs sa mga SONY HOME THEATERS? especially mode SONY BDV E-6100? baka kasi region coded

Most if not all Bluray disc players are region free.

Kung local yan Region A yan for bd and Region 3 for dvd. Check mo sa details nung box o sa likod ng receiver unit kung meron silang demo unit. Naka-indicate doon usually ang mga restrictions.

compatible naman sir sa mga region 1 , 2 , and 4 dvd's...sinubukan ko na...kaya sa mga imported blurays ko na lang hindi pa nasusubukan..

If you get your BD in the US and most of Europe compatible. And pwede naman i hack most of the players to region free. here's the reference of the region codes.

Although a large portion of all Blu-ray movies are region free (when this is written about two-thirds of all Blu-ray movies are region free) below is a map of the official regions.

Region A: America, Japan, Korea, South East Asia
Region B: Greenland, Europa, Africa, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand
Region C: China, India, Russia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Central, and South Asia.
