got back from greenbet. regular bd titles as low as 500p including 3d releaes. new releases like hercules, ninja turtles, maleficent, lucy, xmen dofp at 20% off. 2discs and some relatively new bds priced at 999. may promo din if you buy 5000 worth of bds, you get the new releases at 50% off, etc.. didn't read much about it, since i didn't plan on spending that much.. my haul for the day..kick ass 2 at 500, and rio 2 3d 2discs at 999. will go to universal tower tom.. :))

I also went to Greenbelt because this is the most accessible for me. Hey kick ass 2 at 500, man I didn't see that. Great price. I will look for that. I ended up buying quite a few and bought Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for 775. Yup when you go over 5000, you can buy 2 new releases at 50 percent off. Na influence ako ng mga salespeople hehe..Ok na for me because its a new and advance release.
I thought it was a great sale, but could have been cheaper hehe..I computed my purchases if its from amazon (brand new, not third seller) and it was a difference of just 20 dollars (45 exchange rate), amazon being cheaper. Wala pa tax and shipping yan..Hey not bad, pero siempre some usa copies have the dvd and digital copies and of course better packaging, but hey I'm satisfied hehe...
By the way, I noticed from Sir Hankey's post that nawala yun sa Universal tower. Is this confirmed? Meron ba this sale sa Universal tower? I wanna check it out also if ever.

With regards to Kick-Ass 2, saw a couple of copies at Eastwood Mall. Selling for P500.
Got the following at P500 each:
El Mariachi / Desperado Double Feature
Bad Boys
Jerry Maguire
Their pricing for Mr. Peabody & Sherman is strange. The 2-disc 3D+BD edition is at P999, but their BD only edition is also selling at the same P999. :P

What 3D titles are available and how much? P500 only? That's a good price already for 3D.

According to the saleslady at Eastwood, when they started the sale yesterday, they had an early-bird promo, wherein the latest BD titles (Guardians of the Galaxy, Maleficent, TMNT, X-Men: DOFP, Lucy, Hercules, etc.) were sold for only P500 each.

i think the one disc bd of peabody is 500. i remember that because i was choosing between buying the 3d one or the regular one.. wala pa kasi ako 3d bd player and tv.. but wanna buy just in case i got the chance to have one,.

When I was at Eastwood yesterday noon, the price point really was at the same P999 for both 3D+BD and BD only editions. I thought this might be an error & notified the saleslady. She checked her files & confirmed that the pricing is just the same for both editions. I ended up not buying this title even though I was interested in it. Maybe they corrected the pricing already?

The only thing I don't like about these bd's sold here compared to america is they split the 2d and 3d copies. If you want both, it's so expensive. However, there is one plus that i see, yun maleficent 3d meron na dito wala pa ata sa america.
