Happy V-Day! :)
This is my third post and pardon for asking again for assistance. I just received the package sent by my parents from province. It includes TT unit Garrand 2025TC and some old vinyl records. My parents are confident the unit is working fine but needs some human touch.
Issues/concerns are:
1. Cartridge - sabi ng father ko kaylangan daw palitan which I think true kasi parang wala na ang pin
2. Wirings - maraming putol na wires inside
3. Solid state on the right panel - not sure how this thing works
4. Others (broken wood case, rusty parts/screws and terminals)
My questions:
1. Where can i buy the cartridge? Do i need to get a "brand new" one?
2. I cannot fix this issue alone, can you please advise who to look for to help me out?
3. Is this a TT that comes along with an amplifier?
4. As I want to replace these rusty things, please help advise where to get spare parts
Tried looking for threads that can somehow help with my above concerns but got no luck to find one.
Again, every single advise from you guys is very well appreciated.

You have a nice unit... I think it's not easy to find stylus replacement locally, I suggest to get a new one. But you have to restore the unit back to working condition. If you can post some pics some members to get initial assessments and suggestions.

ang setback nyan sir eh yung tonearm. its a console turntable kya madaming nasacrifice sa quality ng turntable. unlike yung mga garrard 301 or 401. just dont expect too much from it once restored... gudluck po

Malaking trabaho nga to restore or salvage kahit yung turntable lang... Seguro pwede itong long term DIY project or sell for parts na lang ... checked online meron pa available parts for sale pero timing lang yung part na kailangan mo.
As bossing Dodie suggested, get another working model na o bago gaya ng nasabi nyo...
