Title: Question about rules and regulation regarding HD downloadable files

pwede po ba ako magpost na naghahanap ako kung sino nagbebenta ng mga downloadable files? nakakatamad mag download kasi ng 4k dts files anlalaki ng files kaya balak ko sana kung hindi ko nilalabag ang rules ang regulation dito matatanong ako kung sino meron bibili nalang ako. hehe. kasi sa OLX at sa ibang sites my mga nakikita akong nagbebenta pero iilan lang ang 4k movies nila. di ko mahanap sa rules regarding that matter eh. sorry in advance kung my mali ako sa post.

I think it all boils down if the material is copyrighted or not.

Because there are certain materials where you are actually free to share it/them.

I'm no MOD though so let's wait for them to chime in.

Not a Mod, but AFAIK pirated materials & illegal downloads are not allowed to be sold on the forum.

if you read the pdvd forum rules, you will know that pirated materials are forbidden here...

thank you sir tony for clearing things up, pero hindi naman ako naghahanap na as for sale o talagang nagbebenta. ang sa akin lang makikikopya nalang ako. tapos babayaran ko nalnag para lang pasalamat sa tao.hehe. pareho lang ba yun? hahahahaha

Baka meron na lang willing mag share... ako din eh gusto try yung 4k hevc ba yun? Limited lang din kasi data ng dsl eh.. para lang nag hiraman ng blu ray hehe

Not meaning to offend you sir pero the analogy is the same with the anti fencing law. You buy something that is illegal in the first place. It still doesn't make it legal.

Correct ka sir. Kaya masmaganda kung manghiram ka na lang ng Blu-ray. Although ripping the Blu-ray I think is not also legal.
