Yup, that theme song was very catchy!  A composition by Mike Post, who also created themes that became popular like the Hill Street Blues theme.

Wondering who is going to play the character this time in place of William Katt's, a female at that.

Anyone remembers the pretty Connie Sellecca from the original GAH series? She has a semblance with Cobie Smulders who play Agent Hill in The Avengers movies.

Why not a Pinay-American???  South Asian and Chinese/Korean Americans are waaay too over-exposed on US TV

Canadian actress Hannah Simone was cast as the lead in ABC’s upcoming reboot of The Greatest American Hero; she will play Meera, an Indian-American woman with a fondness for tequila and karaoke whose life is turned upside down when she’s entrusted with a superhero suit that grants superhuman powers to whoever wears it, but doesn't grant you any knowledge of how to use those powers.

Simone was born in the UK to an Indian father and an English mother of German, Italian, and Greek Cypriot descent; she can be currently seen on the FOX sitcom New Girl, which is slated to end its seven-season run this spring.
