Title: Warner's Discounted Bundled Sets... and Other Warner Price Drops!
Post by: techdude on Mar 26, 2007 at 09:47 PM: Warner is now bundling a few of their titles as double-pack for 375 .

There are 5-6 bundles but all I remember is the 'Must Love Dogs/You've Got Mail' bundle...

Post by: av_phile1 on Mar 27, 2007 at 02:59 PM: I think there have been 2-title bundles like this from other dsitributors. You may have no choice on the other title you don't like as it's being forced on you. I wish they just do a buy-one-take one of your choice promo.

The Viva/Fox two-in-one was sort of a bust, since it was one DVD9 Import/one crappy DVD 5 B-movie - which were completely unrelated.

I got the Ace Ventura: Pet Detective/Ace Ventura 2: When Nature Calls set since... those were the only titles I didn't have yet. ;D

Nice buy, shucks I just bought Ace ventura Pet detective recently in the sale in podium I think or makati. Should have gotten this para 1 and 2. :'(

Post by: Liver on Mar 29, 2007 at 10:34 PM: The package usually has one title that is decent and one that you will never watch in your life unless it's on TV playing. You're basically paying P375 for one title. Most of these titles are often marked down to P199 during a sale anyway.

Post by: nebula on May 01, 2007 at 06:58 PM: got ghost ship/dreamcatcher. am satisfied with them, both are dvd-9 as labelled. since it my first time to watch both movies, they are really great for "jump in your seat" type of screenings. can't wait for halloween for screening with my cousins. good buy, i recommend this!

1) The Adventures of Pluto Nash

4) The Time Machine

The Nun's Story starring Audrey Hepburn
Dog Day Afternoon 2-disc

Couldn't resist them for they're classics.

I just got Gods and Generals for P199. Great value: 2 discs, both dual layer, wrinkle-free dual dvd case, first-rate cover art print quality. I prefer this over the R1 two-sided DVD-18.
