Title: Transformers Pre-orders and other promos

Hot off the press, here's the skinny on all the Transformers configurations. Prices are final and release date is tentative for 25 October unless Dreamworks decides to move up the release ala Spider-Man 3. Apologies in advance for the image sizes but we wanted to make sure the details were legible.

Mechanics are forthcoming so check this thread often. Right now we're looking at 2 pins per pre-order of any variant, but that may still change.

And for the visually-gifted among us, you may want to try your luck and sign-up for the The Transformers Movie DVD Cover Art Design Contest (http://cybph.com/) over at CybPH. Top 3 prizes are copies of the special edition DVDs of the film. Details at their site.

As mentioned in the R3 Transformers thread, please take note of the following:

• None of the Transformers variant editions contain local commercials. I've verified this with Magnavision as well.
• The "transforming toy" is actually a transforming case. Check out the ongoing discussion to see how this looks.
