Updated my mi box 3 then voila it won’t boot up anymore, tried the hard reset but it’s not working. Green screen then black screen tapos wala na display. Patulong naman MGA sir. Thanks Happy Holidays

kanina ko lang kasi nakita yung update na magagamit ang phone as remote sa mi box. updated it natapos naman yung update kaya nag prompt ng restart. it took a while hindi pa din nag nag on yung tv and mi box.bricked siguro mi box ko? hindi na to siguro marerepair, thanks

Nag update din ako sa MiBox3 kahapon, sobrang bagal ng download kahit naka LAN at 100mbps Fibr connection. Wala naman problema pero di ko pa na try ang phone remote app.

mabuti naman sir walang naging problema mi box 3 mo. same tayo ng connection ang bagal

kanina green screen yung mi box 3 tapos yung sa black screen niya with logos ng dts dolby digital then mawawala na no signal na

ngayon totally hindi na madetect yung mi box. wala na siguro to pag asa marepair?thanks

Sir, try using it on another tv or pc monitor. Baka hdmi issue lang sya

Sa laptop sir natry ko na invalid format daw, sa resolution settings siguro sir kasi 4k yung nilagay ko na settings. Try ko maya sa tv ng nephew ko. Thanks sir sa advice

There are two models
Mi Box S - never really supported Kodi HD passthrough on Oreo
Mi Box (original) - still supports Kodi HD passthrough on Oreo

The Android Pie update disables the Kodi HD passthrough on both Boxes but still supporting 2.0 PCM, 5.1 DD, DD+ and DTS audio passthrough.

After firmware update, nagka problema yung audio nya if galing sa sleep mode. I have to do a reset every time. Am I the only one experiencing this issue?

noticed it also kanina. When my daughter hit play wala audio yung mass, have to reset it at may audio na ulit

four years na MiBox3 ko this month and still going strong hehe. pero parang hanggang Android 9 na lang ito.

for the past year minsan ko na lang gamitin kasi naka smart tv and android tv na ako. pero lately nag install filproducts tv, legit ito from Dumaguete yata developer, pwede pamalit sa cable tv hehe. last year na try ko na din ito pero tinigil nila kasi yung iba nag bebenta ng android box eh ginamit yung app nila as one of the selling point of their product. buti binalik na nila lately and sana hindi i-abuse.

Lupit din tong mibox kasi hanggang ngayon may updates pa rin. Tapos naka B1T1 pa, for a Google certified device at 1750php price it's really tough to beat.

Dapat me commission Xiaomi saken..dami ko narecommend na bumili neto hehehe...last count 12 na bumili and they were as well happy....Ako ginagamit ko lang sa Hotel Quarantine ko...kse all of my TV sa haus smart na naman.

ako din dami ko friends na buy nito dahil sa recommendation ko hehe. yung iba na maximized naman nila, yung iba tinamad mag install ng apps, netflix, YT lang masaya na kasi non-smart pa tv nila.

storage lang din problem dito hehe. usable eh 5GB lang yata, sa dami ko na install na apps, less than 800MB na lang natira. yung Kodi ko pa lang eh almost 2GB na.

Halos same lang, design and bluetooth version lang ata yung difference. mas bago yung mibox s.

After the latest update, nagloko Yung mi box ko. Yung WiFi connection has an issue. I cannot connect to YouTube but Netflix is ok. Anyone having same issue with their mi box?

seems not the wifi since working naman pala ang Netflix. specific lang sa Youtube ang issue?

Has anyone here experienced slow loading of shows on Amazon Prime using Mi Box? I have no problems playing shows on my phone and tablet using the same internet connection. But when using this Mi Box, it takes a long time to load, sometimes never.

Same here. What i did was manually set the date and time then ok na siya.

Sorry, old problem. Pero I just solved it today with this developer's script. You just need to download it and run it on a Windows PC. Have your MiBox activate developer options (click Build in About menu 7 times). Turn on USB debugging. Then make sure to have the MiBox IP address ready.

Run the script and follow instructions. PC and MiBox has to be on the same network. I had to do it twice since the first attempt triggered a pop up in the MiBox, which needed to be confirmed. 2nd run will ask for region code (I used "hk", without the quotes).
