^ Yeah, sounds like it's still all talk or under negotiation. [LINK]  This one seems more certain: Lakers are going to sign Steve Blake.  [LINK]  Good start.  But still hope they can land Miller too.

How about Wade and James in Chicago?  With Rose at PG and Noah at PF, and maybe a decent FA as center, tiklop na ang Eastern Conference...

Noah plays Center, deng can play either SF/PF. :D

nice move by blake.. right now, LA needs a steady PG that can replace Fisher in the long run... Blake has the drive and talent to do that. :D  Good choice for him! :)

I was thinking: if the Bulls land James with Wade, they will play SF and SG, respectively. Yeah, Noah slides to center and Gibson starts at PF.  Deng may become expendable. Wonder what will happen if Bosh joins too...

You will need 2 balls if you put James and Wade in the same team.

mas lalo kay rudy gay though he has an upside, no choice ang atlanta to give joe the max kesa mawala and got nothing in return, a sign and trade will not do because ofcourse of his massive contract.

with joe signing in other teams are curious about josh childress (atlanta holds his right) on trade scenarios

^I don't think he's gonna be NY's savior if Lebron does not join him (and even then, just the 2 of them probably won't be enough). And even then let's see how good he really is without Nash. We all know how Marion turned out. ;D

Free-agent center Shaquille O'Neal is seriously considering a two-year deal with the Hawks that starts at the mid-level exception of $5.8 million, according to NBA sources close to both the team and the future Hall of Fame player.

I want Shaq back in LA! If Buss ever forgives him and Kobe really doesn't hold a grudge now, then he'll be the perfect back up big man for Bynum and Pau. The only other team I'd want Shaq to go to would be the Celtics. Imagine a rematch with the LAkers with both Shaq and Kobe on opposing team. Wow! If the storied rivalry alone of the LAkers and Celtics wouldn't be enough, add a dynamite Shaq-Kobe to the mix and it would be a dynamite Finals.  ;D

Amare is headed for the Big Apple!!
http://www.nba.com/2010/news/07/05/stoudemire.knicks/index.html#?ls=iref:nbahpt1

Good for him... i think he just signed because of the money. NY is still not a contender with their current team..

You're right. This is an excellent move. New York just sent a message to Lebron - "hey, we're getting help for you if you come here." Expect the Knicks to maneuver and get a SG & a PG.

yup, but i doubt LBJ will sign with NY.. The Bulls or the Cavs have the best chance on signing him given their current lineups..

for now, with signing of amare the knicks they are in the vicinity of 40M payroll plus their rookies
http://hoopshype.com/salaries/new_york.htm

so if the cap is at 56m they have still 16M to build, if they find a way to scratch eddy curry's 11M contract (via buyout or trade his expiring contract) then more room and money pa.

other than direct signing pede din sign and trade ex knicks (via bird's right) like david lee to covet another player to complement amar'e and maybe lebron or wade (bosh is defintely out)

RT @PDcavsinsider He really likes Rose & Noah. But there's lack if shooters on roster. Also it doesn't sound like he's exactly being welcomed by Rose.

I don't know who "He" is ... it's either LeBron or his agent ...

RT @PDcavsinsider Also, can confirm several reports of a rift between Wes Wesley & James camp. Wes was indeed pushing Chicago, I'm told.

RT @PDcavsinsider At this point, LeBron has tightly closed ranks, only seriously talking about decision with a couple people. Which is why so little info.

LeBron just might stay and re-sign with Cleveland ...

The Orlando Magic agree to a 4-year $15 million deal with Chris Duhon...
