Topic: Samsung and GSAT HDMI cable connection problem

gurus,

i recently purchased samsung 3d LED c7000 series and also the GSAT cable with 4 HD channels, and unfortunately the connection from the receiver box to the TV using HDMI cable is not working; right now im just using RCA connection. The bad thing is  samsung is blaming GSAT and vice versa. Has anyone experience this problem before?

I've read about HDMI devices versions but GSAT is saying their unit(receiver) conforms to whatever version the TV will support. Hoping that somebody will shed light regarding this problem, and many thanks in advance.

btw, i forgot to mention the problem in detail..my bad..

there is no audio and video output when i use the HDMI cable connecting the gsat receiver and the tv.

try mo sir magsasak ng ibang gadgets/appliance na may hdmi pag wala pa din audio yan may sira ung hdmi ng samsung mo. pag meron naman gsat ung sira

thanks for the reply, the tv has a bundled bluray player and its working properly. What GSAT is saying is that samsung probably does not support GSAT decoder box, and SAMSUNG stressed that GSAT decoder
hdmi connection port or hdmi connection has a problem.

just to isolate it..
do you have other TV that has hdmi port -
if it work to other tv and not with your Samsung then it will be compatibility issues.
if the GSAT will not work then maybe something wrong on the hardware HTH
