Why is the new Epos ST15 stands are better than the others in the market now?
1. The top and bottom plate is already laminated w/ vibration reducing pads.(see other pictures)
2. Every pole is already injected with polyurethane damping material to reduce unwanted vibrations, no need to buy lead shots or sand to add mass.
3. Very heavy solid steel construction. With a combined weight of 15kgs. a pair.
4. The only stand ive tested so far that truly provides more definition and bass weight to your existing bookshelf speakers.

There's a lot of reviews in the net of both Els3 and Epic 2 sir. Just google it. Moreover the bass reproduction, or any frequency for that matter is relatively a subjective topic. It always depend on the quality of recording being played and the associated components. It is also worth mentioning that the Evo50s volume design is on the low gain. It actually performs better in the -35 to -30db range.

You are welcome to drop by my place to listen to the Epic 2/Evo50a combo on an end user environment. I dont have any room treatments nor a dedicated listening room thou. Bring your Tannoy for a more in depth comparison. Thanks! :)

Sold separately. Epic 2 sounds best with the Epos ST15 stands. That is why both are always showcased together in various net images. Thanks

Epic 2, easy to drive speakers at 90db sensitivity though 4 ohms.  when matched with HK 3490 the amp do not get hot. i feel these speakers are not amp choosy since we tried them with vacuum tube, nad 375 and now with HK 3490 and SQ is consistent.

sound quality is still improving as the unit is less than a week.  it's getting detailed and the low is gradually coming out.  when i replaced the source from samsung dvdp to philips BDP-2500, i hear details that i do not hear before and it's getting addictive.  these speakers will cause you to have involuntary muscle movement like foot tapping, head jerking and singing.   ;D

Still considering these speakers... hehehehe.. Madami nang sleepless nights :)

I once heard it with a leben el84 and found it forward/bright sounding. The amp though had around 12 or 15 watts lang. I was thinking if 35 or 40 watter na push pull amp, maybe the speaker would give out better mids and bass.

Once mag ka time, papasial ako mcs and request one to be paired with a cayin a50t. :)

If I like it, malamang sa I uwi na. :)
