Another tanong mga brathers, can one connect a dragonfly(Stereophile rated A kasi) to my old pioneer dvd player then to a preamp? I would prefer to use dvd player since I also would like to watch videos and movies as well as music there instead of dedicating my notebook for that purpose. In short,Is there an optical to usb cable available and where could I buy one, please.

Kung ang dedicated source mo will be the dvd player, better to look for other DAC with SPDIF Input. Kasi ang dragonfly was designed for PC/laptops directly connected to USB. Another chain will be added if you buy optical to usb and u have to insure its compatibility.

Hindi ko alam kasi wala ako sa Pinas. Depende sa budget mo, check mo dito....baka lang may makita ka..

I was able to hear the Cambridge audio dac, good (that means I could hear a significant difference) but quite expensive,  is there something similar at lower price (10k or less)?

good choice! though i haven't heard it i can say I like the chip that they used; PCM 1798. I was able to listen to a DIY dac which utilized this chip & my impression is it is very musical

ooops! forgot about the SPDIF requirement, the 03 is powered via usb nga pala...then it's either MD10 or MD11 if going for Musiland.
