So what happens to her career if she's no longer broken hearted?

Repeat viewing last night and her voice totally brought out the best from my decent HT system - parang naging high end yung HT...hehehe

The Special Feature [You, Me and Albert] was pretty interesting.  Ganon pala mukha nya without the false eyelashes.  And wala pang tao pero fully dressed na sya in that baduy black "lolas" dress.  Pawis-pawis na bale yon before she performed.  But she didnt even sweat during the concert itself...hehehe

Had to replay it, I love her voice, awesome video,.!
And yes sir, it sounds so good, ang ganda ng audio nito,...
crisp and clear ang music and lumulutang ang boses nya,...
Highly recommended,..!

Another reference concert but maybe not everyone's cup of tea because this is heavy instrumental jazz.

Both video and sound quality are top-notch and the performers are all masters of their instruments. Perhaps the most unusual track here is #5, when Chick Corea plays incredibly deep bass on his synthesizer - I never heard such deep musical bass before. Manginginig kwarto.

The Cure: Trilogy

After waiting for a long time, i have finally got this blu ray. Watched it last night with my wife and was just transported to a place where nostalgia, despair, and love all blended together to give a very impressive and lasting concert experience. Robert Smith was just awesome. Their performance here shows why they are one of the greatest and most influential bands ever.

The Adele live at royal Albert hall blu-ray's video quality is awful. I personally have a copy and the its really disappointing. At first test akala ko yung player yung may sira, pero it was actually the blu rays transfer.

Its like they just upscale a SD video and didn't give a proper HD clean up. All the details on her face is lost, some of the colors are dark but the audio is not so bad. I have sen better blu-ray concert and this isn't one of them.

Concert for George - Video quality is so-so...
25th Anniversary Rock n Roll Hall of Fame Concerts - I was quite disappointed in this, was expecting more with regards to audio.  I felt, bass was a little lacking as compared to the other concert titles.
Bon Jovi Live at Madison Square( kung avid fan ka talaga ni BJ :) - This one, same thing, I didn't like the audio quality.  Too bad I had to sell it.

This wasn't my recollection of this bd concert so I watched it again. It's not the best in pq but for a concert, it's not bad either. It suffers from the typical concert problems which boil down to the fact that the prime audience is the live audience, not usually the bd viewers.

In particular, the lighting is designed for the live audience. It is normally harsh and washes out facial details. The lighting may also be blue, red, yellow, etc and that may not come out well on the bd. For audience shots, there's often insufficient light which causes grain.

The Adele bd suffers from all these difficulties but it's still not bad. There's no way that an sd can compare to it. It has much more detail, particularly shadows in dark images & this bd has a lot of that. An sd will crush the black detail. There are a few audience shots with good lighting and there's so much fine detail that you won't see in sd. Even the realism of Adele's hair is very hard to get with sd.

If you have a small screen or if your display can't properly reproduce black detail, you may not appreciate this bd. If anyone has any doubts, I'd invite him to view it in my HT. On a 133" screen, it's very easy to tell what is sd vs bd.

i dont recall this the same way sir mark

while i may not be as detailed as yuo can be, im dead sure the bd is way better even than the mkv copy I have, i tried watching it using the PJ and I dont have complaint, when we talk about the audio, this is one of the best i watched

and also, i dont think the worst bd pq and aq can even compare to the best sd format.

Ah ... not exactly. There are some bd whose pq and aq are absolutely horrible and are even worse than some good sd.

The 25th Anniversary presentation of The Phantom of the Opera at The Royal Albert Hall is an absolute must-have.

I saw Phantom in West End in London and this BD transports you... it's almost like being there.

Guys I'm no Michael Jackson fan & I dont know if the "THIS IS IT" BD is considered as a concert film but to me the SQ is amazing especially the mid-low notes. I don't usually watch concert BDs & probably this is still the 3rd concert film I watched from the Police & Adelle in the royal hall but for me the bass was awesome or jaw dropping from the start to finish  ;D

My favorite concert BDs:
1.  Adele Live at Royal Albert Hall
2.  Sting Live in Berlin
3.  A-ha: Ending on a High Note
